since the end of october, i have been a proud vendor at the new HOPE famers market on the eastside. for those of you who live in or around austin you can visit my booth every sunday at the HOPE famers market. i will have vintage clothing and foot ware for men, women, and kids along with home decor at fantabulous prices!
the HOPE farmers market is open every sunday from 11am-3pm. this is no ordinary market. empower yoga offers free classes at 11am and 1pm . bring your own mug and pay $1 for coffee provided by cafe mundi.

be sure to visit wee on 2nd street on saturday from 10am-12pm. our good friend, trish hurless, will be showcasing her new kid’s line sadie loves kiki where she recycles textiles to create one-of-a-kind clothing for expressive toddlers with eco-conscious parents. trish is a master at reconstructing kid’s garments from vintage threads. take the kids to enjoy live music, kids activities, refreshments, and support your local designer. everything in the store will be 30% off. don’t forget to bring your friends!!
forward collective has found two new homes in the austin area.
visit our friends at storyville austin on the drag. not only do they supply our tees for women and men, they carry my yo-yo accessories; hairpins, rings and pins. on top of that they carry lots of super cool tees and accesories from our friends kayci wheatley, kelly d, and will heron and other talented austin designers. you can even try your hand at designing your own tee. head out to storyville austin and they will custom make a tee shirt at your hearts content. when your finished shopping, head across the street to feast on some fabulous eats from the lovely people at veggie heaven and cornucopia.
south of the river, the people at austin handmade have been carrying some of our select tee’s since sxsw. make sure you check out the fabulous goods crafted from our friends m squared jewelry and bellarina design as well. austin handmade recently moved and will be celebrating their grand re-opening this thursday 07/16. stop by for some diy action and refreshing adult beverages.
I was asked by Tim Doyle, one of the fine people at the new and ultra cool Nakatomi Inc., if I would be one of three artists to help launch the Nakatomi Invitational. This would include a signed and numbered screen print limited to 250 copies and t-shirt available to the public. I of course answered yes and then proceeded to freak out like a geeky nerd boy about being able to be a part of a project that includes artists of such high caliber. The other two dudes kicking this thing off go by Daniel Danger and Todd Slater. Here are more artists you can expect to see in this Invitational in the future:

In the spirit of spending less money, encouraging reusing, reducing, and recyling, and supporting local artists, Mosaic will be hosting a holiday swap-o-rama/bazaar!
we will be bringing a ton of stuff to swap and we will have a booth set up selling our tote bags, tee’s for adults and kids, onesies, baby hats, and accessories made from these vintage fabric yo-yo’s, all at dicounted prices!! everything from $2-$20. so come on by and say hello.
We recently created an Etsy store and we are super excited about it. We don’t have much up yet but will start adding more items very soon. Just a couple of days after we created the shop our Laser Fox tee was featured in this blog. Fun!!
